QUALITY YOU CAN TRUST
Here, we pride ourselves on over 70 years of expertise. Since 1953, we have always looked for ways to do better and grow. Our services are based on mutual trust, meaning that we stand with the longevity of the material that we use to build your custom doors.
What We Build
Interior doors
• Molded-skin doors (hollow and solid core); the most economical option with many designs and sizes
• Wood doors (special order) in numerous species and styles, assembled in-house
• Primed MDF doors (special order), assembled in-house
Exterior doors
• Steel, smooth fiberglass, and textured fiberglass door units (stocked and assembled in Jacksonville)
• Wood exterior doors (special order): supplied as slabs for in-shop assembly or as prehung units ready to ship
How We Build
Precision equipment
• Interior door line with automated loader, machining center for door and frame, and integrated framer; trim is installed in-house for a complete unit
Quality at every station
• Each person touching the unit—loader, machine operator, framer, trim installer—owns quality control for that step
• Drivers inspect units again at delivery to ensure they arrive in job-ready condition

Customization and special orders
If you can imagine it, we can source it or build it. When a request goes beyond our in-shop capabilities, we partner with multiple custom manufacturers to deliver the exact design, size, and material you need.
Current style trends we’re seeing
• More modern and craftsman-style homes with clear glass
• Fewer decorative-glass door units than in prior years
Sourcing and documentation
- Most exterior door components are sourced within the United States
- Interior split jambs are sourced internationally (primarily Chile)
- Product testing and performance data are provided by the manufacturers; we pass this documentation along so you and your customers can make informed decisions
Waste-Smart, Shop-Ctrong
- Off-cuts and short pieces are reused for bracing and bottom sticks on interior units
- Team experience ranges from 2 to 24 years; our foreman has 24 years with the shop
- Ongoing training and cross-training keep lead times efficient and quality consistent
Built for Contractors
Inside and outside sales staff work directly with builders and remodelers on measurements, materials, and scheduling so units arrive ready to install. From molded-skin interiors to special-order wood or MDF doors, our goal is simple: doors built right, delivered ready.
