Follow these three steps to make account payments easy with Spahn & Rose’s WebTrack:
- Visit SpahnAndRose.com
From the Spahn & Rose homepage, click on the Services tab, then on Charge Account. Finally, click the red WebTrack link or WebTrack Log In & Sign Up button.
- Log on or create a new account
Sign in to your account or click on the Request Access button to create a new account. If you don’t already have an account, it takes only a few minutes to create one.
- Click the Make a Payment button
From the Account Information page, click on Make a Payment. If paying by invoice, enter the invoice number. If paying a blanket amount by job, enter the correct Address. Once the amount is entered, click the Make Payment button.
Other Valuable WebTrack Tools and Notes
You can select a Credit Note to pay as well, which will decrease your payment amount. The Remittance Advice Box will populate with the invoice number(s) and the amount(s) being paid. NOTE: When toggling invoices, please DO NOT make changes to the Remittance Advice Box.
DO NOT leave the address set to NONE. If you leave the address at NONE, the payment will go to the Master Account and will be applied to the oldest invoices first, which could be any job.
When you click on the Job Balance button, a screen will pop up with all open jobs and their current, up-to-date balances. Columns of particular importance include Job Names, listed to the left, and Net Amount, which is your current balance.
This allows a customer to generate a current statement. This statement will be removed as soon as you close the screen, and it will not be saved.
VIEW INVOICES & STATEMENTS
From the side menu, click Credit Notes or Invoices, from which you can print all or selected Credit Notes or Invoices and sort by job. You have the ability to print all or selected invoices, and you can sort by job. You can also view individual invoices by clicking on the invoice number. If searching by date, be sure to click the Apply button.
